Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon pick-up and let us know immediately if the cake is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
As our products are perishable goods, these items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
Cake orders cannot be cancelled less than 48 hours of the pick up date.
If orders are cancelled any later than this, we cannot process a refund or change the pick-up date.
If your cancellation is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
