📦 Delivery Information
When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Saturday, typically between 10AM – 5PM.
Orders must be placed before 2PM for next-day delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within a 15km radius from our Sydney CBD or Rhodes store. Check your address at checkout to see if you're in our delivery zone! 🚗🎂
How much does it cost for delivery?
We offer a flat $15 delivery fee across Sydney—no surprises, just sweet convenience!
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
Deliveries are made between 10 AM – 5 PM, but we can’t guarantee an exact time within that window.
On the delivery day, we'll contact you to confirm the recipient's availability. Please note that if we can't reach the recipient, we'll hold onto the cake until confirmation.
When our delivery driver is nearby, they'll get in touch with the recipient (multiple times if needed) and wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at the delivery address.
In case we face difficulties delivering your order under these circumstances, we won't be able to offer refunds, and a re-delivery fee will apply.
Do you deliver to restaurants, venues, offices, concierges etc?
Yes! We can deliver to restaurants, venues, offices, and more, but please let us know in advance and provide the recipient’s details (concierge or venue contact) to ensure a smooth delivery. 🎂🏢
🏬 Pick-Up
Can I pick up in-store?
Absolutely. Pick-up is available during store hours from either of our locations:
- Sydney CBD
- Rhodes
Just select your pick-up location and time during checkout.
Can I order for same day pick-up?
Yes, you can order any cake for same-day pickup, but availability is subject to stock levels. If we're out of stock, a "sold out" sign will be displayed.

When can I pick up my cake?
Pick-up is available Monday to Sunday during store hours.
You’ll select your pick-up date and time at checkout.
Can I walk in and buy a cake without pre-ordering?
We recommend pre-ordering to guarantee availability, especially for larger or signature cakes.
However, a small selection is usually available in-store each day.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my plans change and I need to update my order?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any order updates. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist—changes may not be possible if your order is already being prepared or out for delivery. 🎂📦✨
How should I store my cake?
Please refrigerate your cake as soon as you receive it.
We recommend consuming within 2 days for best flavour and texture
Do you offer custom cakes?
Not at this time.
However, you can request a small personalised plaque or message card — simply leave a note at checkout.
Are your cakes allergy-friendly?
We offer some flourless options, but please note:
All of our cakes are prepared in a kitchen that processes milk, eggs, flour, and various nuts. As such, traces of allergens may be present in any product.
If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please ask our staff directly or check product details carefully before ordering.
